NTD Plastics and the Tru-Test Group worked seamlessly alongside one another to design all the plastic components of the Tru-Test Series 5000 – a scale unit for weight capture and data management.

As the product is used in livestock management, we designed the plastic components to withstand tough conditions while protecting the indicator’s delicate electronic components.

This complex project required the design and manufacture of seven injection mould tools, clear lenses and sealing gaskets. Our sophisticated tool-making processes ensured that the finished parts met our high-quality standards and all our customer’s expectations.
